Nothing else on sale looks like the Cybertruck, and very little is engineered like it either: an unpainted stainless-steel exoskeleton, steer-by-wire with rear-wheel steering, and a 48-volt low-voltage system in place of the 12-volt wiring every other vehicle still uses.
How much does the Tesla Cybertruck cost in the UAE?
Two versions are offered and the gap between them is entirely about motors: AED 404,900 buys the All-Wheel Drive (AWD Dual Motor), while AED 454,900 buys the tri-motor Cyberbeast (Tri-Motor Performance). There is no cheaper single-motor entry point here, so the 5-seat cabin, the stainless body and the powered bed cover are standard rather than something you climb a ladder to reach.
Which Cybertruck is the one to buy?
The dual-motor all-wheel-drive version, for almost everyone. It has the same body, the same cabin and the same load bed as the Cyberbeast, and the tri-motor car's extra performance is the kind you will use twice a year while paying for it every day in tyres and range. Choose the Cyberbeast only if outright acceleration is the reason you are buying the vehicle at all.
Cybertruck or Tesla Model X?
The Cybertruck is the one to have if you want an open, lockable load bay and a vehicle that draws attention wherever it stops — no other electric vehicle in the UAE does either job. The Model X is the more sensible family car, with a more usable third row, better range and a far easier footprint in a multi-storey car park, and the Model Y covers the same duty for a great deal less money.
What is a Cybertruck like to own in the UAE?
The stainless-steel body is the thing that changes ownership: it is not painted, so it does not fade, but it does show fingerprints, water spotting and any panel damage very plainly, and repairing it is not a job an ordinary body shop takes on. Charging is straightforward if you can charge where you park; heat management is the other consideration, since a large battery worked hard in summer draws on cooling capacity that also has to keep the cabin comfortable.
Before you commit, confirm parts and body-repair arrangements and the battery warranty terms in writing — on a vehicle this unconventional, those answers matter more than the specification sheet. The used Tesla listings are where to see how the earlier cars have been supported.
